Narration

This research report was made to help fill the literature gap about User Generated Content (UGC). By conducting a literature review, I had to analyze many different studies and find how they would fit into my paper. In doing so, my previous knowledge about UGC had to be integrated with the new information that was found.

This report helped me learn how to utilize UGC for social media channels and how they could be improved by it. By participating in peer reviews and looking at feedback from my professor, my paper had to be revised and edited multiple times before submitting. After writing the report, it then had to be put into a concise PowerPoint presentation for a specific audience. Not only did the report help me learn how to do a literature review but also put together a presentation and paper directed towards a specific audience.
